Open Position: RN - Med Surg Neuro

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

* 12-hour day shifts, weekends only
* Primary unit is 6AB with expectation to float to any med/surg unit at any of the 3 Sanford Medical Centers in Fargo as needed
* 32-bed unit with nurse to patient ratio of 4-5:1 on day shifts and 6:1 on night shifts
* Perform patient assessments, documentation, nursing tasks, and medication administration
* Utilize Epic EMR, Omnicell, and Alaris IV pumps
* Minimum 1-2 years of recent med/surg nursing experience in a large hospital setting (250+ beds) required
* Level 1 trauma experience required
* Experience with neuro patients preferred but not required
* Travel experience including successful completion required
* Must be willing to float to all units and locations in Fargo as needed
* Active North Dakota or Compact RN license required (willing to obtain)
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS
* EPIC experience required
* All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
