Opportunity:

MA - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* No weekend shifts required
* Floating required to OBL location
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required
* Some surgery or procedure experience strongly preferred
* Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only)
* Education: High School Diploma or GED required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Hard stops include: sterile field, procedure room turnover, venipuncture, Epic, patient check-in/out, referrals, and authorizations
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Key skills include: administering medication, aseptic technique, authorization forms, venipuncture, obtaining vital signs, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, setting up sterile procedure trays, procedural room turnover, EKG/ECG, and insurance verification
