PT - Days

Job Details:

* 4/10-hour shifts per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday preferred
* 40 hours per week
* Outpatient care setting with 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient responsibilities
* 13-week contract with option to extend
* ASAP start required to shadow current PT on assignment
* Strong new graduates will be considered with the expectation of striving to bill Eval + 3 units
* Cancellation policy: 3 shifts (36 hours) per 12-week contract
* Charting system: Cerner
* Trauma level: Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
* Montana state license or compact license required (will wait for license)
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
