Opportunity:

Pharmacist Inpatient

Job Details:

* 7 days on, 7 days off schedule running Wednesday through Tuesday
* Midnight shift with weekend coverage required
* 7 nights on/7 nights off rotation including weekends
* Block scheduling type
* No pre-approved time off available
* 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers will be considered
* Community hospital experience required
* Inpatient/acute care experience required
* EPIC experience preferred
* Required certifications: Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification, PharmD, RPh
* Required skills include: antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, cardiac dosing, carousel system, chemotherapy, compounding, high-alert medications, IV piggyback, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, Pyxis, renal dosing, sterile technique, therapeutic medication monitoring, and Warfarin dosing
* Serve patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Facility has a daily census of 480 and 500 beds
