Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* 3-month contract
* Block scheduling type
* Outpatient experience required
* 40 hours of orientation included
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Patient ratio of 5 patients per day
* Daily census of 120 with approximately 120 visits per day
* 14-room, 14-bed unit
* Urology procedures and urology-specific equipment required
* Epic charting system experience required and must be noted in work history
* 1 year of experience required; charge experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS
* Required skills: Ambulatory, CPT coding and billing, ICD-10 coding, prior authorization, surgical services, women's services
* California state license required in-hand when applying
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* No requested time off within the first two weeks of assignment; maximum of 7 days RTO per 13-week contract preferred

Facility:

This outpatient facility specializes in urology services and procedures, providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patient populations. The unit operates with 14 rooms and beds, supporting a high daily census with a structured block scheduling approach. The facility utilizes Epic as its electronic health record system and maintains a collaborative care environment with access to specialized urology equipment and interdisciplinary support.
