Job Details:
* Night shift position
* Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned patient groups according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans and coordinate care delivery to promote health and safety
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing, and caring environment
* Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* Required certifications: BLS (from approved vendor per AH policy), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure required
