Opportunity:

LTAC MS/TELE - NIGHT

Job Details:

* Position is located on a LTACH unit
* Night shift position
* 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
* 36 or 48 hours per week also acceptable
* Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks
* Weekends are supported by rotating on-call among 6 to 8 staff members
* On-call required after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends supported by Primary and Backup call
* Patient ratios are 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Daily census of 15 patients
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience required
* Neurology experience required
* LTAC experience preferred
* Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
* Floating to other units or campuses may be required based on census needs
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Required skills: complex wound care, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, tracheostomy care and management
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary
