Job Details:

* 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM shift with flexibility to adjust times earlier or later as needed due to ill calls or PTO
* On-call required on weekends as needed per department needs
* May be required to float within the facility or to a sister facility as needed
* Daily caseload includes inpatient, outpatient, neuro, full body, cancer, stroke, and lung screening cases across 4 scanners with approximately 100 patients per day
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Inpatient, ER, community hospital, and adult ICU work setting experience required
* Experience with PACS and contrast administration required
* Siemens Force and GE scanner experience required
* Epic/Excellian charting experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, and BLS
* Key skills required include multiplanar reconstruction, preparation and administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, radiation safety, and isolation precautions/PPE
* Solid gray scrubs required
* Parking is available at a flat rate of $0.55 per hour
* Pre-approved time off ideally no more than 5 days
* 1 supervisor reference minimum required at time of submission

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility is a Magnet-designated, teaching hospital with Level III Trauma designation. The facility operates with 672 total staffed beds and provides a full range of interdisciplinary support services including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. The facility utilizes Epic/Excellian for charting and is equipped with multiple CT scanners to support a high-volume imaging department.
