Medical Lab Scientist - Free Standing ER

Job Details:

* Perform Point of Care (POC) testing in a Free Standing Emergency Room setting
* Willing to perform clerical duties as assigned by Nursing and Lab Director in support of FSED operations
* ASCP certification required (MLS, CLS, or MT Medical Technologist)
* Full license required - Associates degree/license will not be accepted
* Point of care knowledge preferred
* 26-week contract available for interested candidates
* 1 open position available for a vacant role

This facility operates a Free Standing Emergency Room (FSER) providing emergency medical services to the community. The lab department supports emergency operations through point of care testing and works collaboratively with nursing and lab leadership to ensure efficient and effective patient care. The facility maintains high standards for laboratory certifications and technical expertise to deliver quality emergency services.
