Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
* EPIC experience required
* Holiday RTO will not be approved
* Provide personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN)
* Assist patients with activities of daily living including nutrition and hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning devices, restraints, and restorative care
* Take vital signs including pulse and blood pressure
* Assist patients with basic needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
* Perform clerical duties including routing patient reports as appropriate
* Provide assessment data to certified nurse within scope of practice including vital signs and patient verbal and nonverbal responses
* Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the field required
