RN - Medical Surgical

Job Details:

* Minimum 18 months of Medical Surgical experience required
* Georgia or compact nursing license in hand required
* NIHSS certification required
* BLS certification required
* Proficiency in IV insertion and PICC lines required
* Experience with Epic electronic health record system required
* Telemetry interpretation skills required
* Experience with special procedures including lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, nasogastric tube and feeding tube insertion, and NFT insertion
* Top diagnoses and procedures include CHF, COPD, diabetes mellitus, sepsis, pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeding, altered mental status, hypertension, renal failure, and heart failure
