Job Details:

* Work 10-hour shifts from 10:45 AM to 9:15 PM with rotating days off
* Weekday and weekend on-call responsibilities required by rotation
* Two specialty call teams covering every night: ortho/neuro and cardio/thoracic
* Call response time required within 30 minutes
* Holiday rotation with permanent staff, flexibility required
* Cancellation policy: 12 hours every 2 weeks
* Facility operates 19 suites handling 55-60 cases per day (approximately 1,000 per month)
* Full-service facility performing a wide range of cases including ortho/neuro trauma and robotics
* Scrubbing preferred but not required for RNs
* OR Techs must be CST certified
* Basic competency in almost every service line required
* Must be proficient in all skills listed on skills checklist
* Charting system: MEDITECH
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
* BSN not required
* Scrubs provided
* Must reside within a strict 75-mile radius from hospital based on driver's license address
* One week of floor-specific orientation provided
