Open Position: RN - PCU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2358.44

Opportunity:

TRAVEL RN PCU

Job Details:

* 13-week travel assignment
* 2 years of PCU or hospital setting experience required
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Day and night shifts available with 5 RNs per shift
* Every other weekend requirement or equivalent based on staffing needs
* Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and critical drip experience required
* Pre-post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience preferred
* Prior HCA experience preferred
* Must have active compact nursing license at time of submission
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIAH
* Equipment used includes GE cardiac monitoring and Hospira IV pumps
* EMR system: Expanse
* No required scrub color - professional attire expected
* Floating may be required to Med Surg, ICU (for border patients), and Emergency Department (for ED holds)
* Self-directed, confident, and positive personality with strong communication skills and team player attitude preferred

This facility operates a 20-bed Progressive Care Unit staffed by a dedicated team of RNs and Licensed Nursing Assistants who flex with patient volume. The unit provides specialized cardiac monitoring and progressive care services, with access to modern equipment and an electronic medical records system.
