Opportunity:

RN - LTAC MS/Tele

Job Details:

* 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Weekend coverage required every other weekend, may vary based on unit needs
* Floating required based on unit needs, including floating to other units and campuses due to census concerns
* Patient ratio of 5:1 on days, nights, and weekends
* Must have at least 1 year of experience in LTAC MS/Tele, MS, and PCU
* First-time travelers will be considered based on experience
* Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
* Medication system used is Omnicell
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Active South Carolina nursing license required
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* LTAC experience preferred
* Skills required include interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, central line care/management, blood product administration, complex wound care, tracheostomy care/management, tube feedings, stroke scale assessment, and additional specialized clinical skills
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of approximately 15 patients

This Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility provides specialized medical and telemetry services to adult and geriatric patients. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary services.
