Med Surg - OR

Job Details:

* 4x10 day shift schedule with rotating day off
* Call required with rotating call days
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* BLS certification required
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Up to 36 patient visits per day across 15 rooms
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
* Required procedure skills include but are not limited to: general OR, ambulatory OR, ortho/spine, total joint replacement, laparoscopic assisted cases, craniotomy, lumbar fusion, laminectomy/discectomy, cholecystectomy, colonoscopy, arthroscopy, and additional surgical procedures
* 20 orientation hours required
