Opportunity:

RCP - NICU/ICU

Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* Every other weekend required (Friday + Saturday OR Saturday + Sunday)
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* NICU and Adult experience required - will cover both units
* At least 1 year of NICU experience required with formal NICU training
* Floating may be required to other Swedish facilities
* Please be flexible with availability as it is a small department
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
* Preferred certifications: CRT, RRT
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Preferred equipment experience: Avea ventilator
* Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Daily census: 9 point workload
* Skills required include adult critical care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, mechanical ventilation weaning, tracheostomy care and management, arterial blood gas interpretation, bronchoscopy, nitric oxide, bubble CPAP, high frequency oscillator, and oscillating ventilator among others
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission

Facility:

This facility features an 18-bed ICU, a Level II Emergency Department, and a Medical-Surgical Department. The facility also operates a Level II, 8-bed NICU for respiratory care professionals with formal NICU training and experience. The organization provides care across a broad range of patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, and adults, offering a dynamic and comprehensive clinical environment for respiratory care professionals.
