Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Work 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday
* Rare weekend on-call shifts may be required
* No holiday requirements
* Outpatient care setting
* Treat approximately 8 to 12 patients per day
* 45-minute outpatient sessions with blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
* Primarily outpatient orthopedic caseload with some neurology and inpatient acute care
* Common diagnoses include post-joint replacement, pain management, back injuries, post-falls, post-neurological conditions, and some sports injuries
* Access to a warm water therapy pool for patient treatment
* Charting system: EPIC
* Scrubs or business casual dress code required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Colorado PT license
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Department-specific orientation provided during first week

Facility:

This facility is an acute care hospital offering a comprehensive rehabilitation department that includes outpatient orthopedic and neurological services as well as inpatient acute care. The department is supported by a team of experienced supervisors, a lead physical therapist, and three physical therapist assistants. The facility features a warm water therapy pool, providing an enhanced treatment environment for patients with a variety of rehabilitation needs.
