Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Work in a 19-bed emergency department with a structured team including charge nurses, triage nurses, bedside RNs, HUCs, and techs
* Day shift staffing includes 1 Charge, 1 Triage, 4 Bedside RNs, 1 HUC, and 1 Tech
* Night shift staffing includes 1 Charge, 1 Triage, 4 Bedside RNs, 1 HUC, and 1 Tech
* Patient ratios of 4:1 or 5:1
* Rotate weekends with no on-call responsibilities
* No floating required
* Work with Philips equipment and Meditech EMR system
* Perform procedures including tPA, STEMI care, CPR, laceration repair, and orthopedic care
* Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
* Positive culture fit and strong teamwork skills preferred

The emergency department operates around the clock, equipped with modern Philips technology and utilizing Meditech as its electronic medical records system.
