Pharmacist - Inpatient Infusion

Job Details:

* Shifts available from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM plus call
* On-call requirement of 1 week every 3 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Facility accepts first-time travelers
* 50-mile radius rule applies, no local candidates
* Required certifications: BLS, PharmD, RPh, Inpatient Infusion
* Required skills include: Antibiotics, Anticoagulation therapy, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Compounding, High-alert medications, Inpatient/Acute care, IV Piggyback, IV push medications, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Pyxis, Renal dosing, Sterile Technique, Therapeutic medication monitoring, Warfarin Dosing, and more
* Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, and more
