Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1859.20

Job Details:

* 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
* Holiday rotation required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call requirements
* Must be able to float to all areas of the hospital, including labor and delivery
* Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of experience required, with recent critical care experience required
* RRT only - CRT not accepted
* Travel experience required
* Non-local candidates only - local candidates within 60-mile radius not accepted
* South Carolina RCP (Respiratory Care Provider) license must be in hand at time of start
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT) - all must be in hand at time of start
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
* Free parking available
* Serves patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Required skills include adult critical care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), mechanical ventilation weaning, arterial blood gas interpretation, intubation assist, tracheostomy care and management, nitric oxide, bronchoscopy, and various respiratory medication administration
* Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
* Community hospital experience required

This is a large healthcare facility with 396 total staffed beds providing comprehensive medical services across a wide range of specialties. The facility offers robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, radiology, phlebotomy, social services, and interpretation services. The organization maintains high standards for patient care across all age groups and is supported by a modern Epic charting system.
