Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Holiday rotation required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 1:4 for days, nights, and weekends
* Float required within the facility as needed, agency staff float first
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* Preferred certification: NIHSS
* Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
* Scrub color: Royal blue
* Free parking available
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Block schedule requests can be submitted for approval prior to assignment but are not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission
* Key skills include cardiac telemetry, central line care and management, blood product administration, IV insulin protocols, non-invasive airway management, tracheostomy care, wound care, and use of rapid response and code teams

This facility is a specialized stepdown unit with 12 staffed beds, providing intermediate-level care for adult and geriatric patients. The unit is equipped with modern charting technology and offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support. The facility maintains consistent patient ratios across all shifts and is committed to high-quality patient care in a structured and collaborative environment.
