Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient

PT - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with weekend and holiday rotations
* Weekend rotation approximately every 5th or 6th weekend
* Work on a CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit with a 10-bed small unit
* Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery
* Treat patients of all diagnoses, primarily those with neurological conditions including stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord dysfunction
* Additional patient diagnoses include amputations, debility from medical conditions, orthopedic fractures, and major multiple traumas
* Patients are seen for a combination of therapy services for a minimum of 3 hours daily
* Accept patients from both the facility's own acute care hospital and surrounding hospitals
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
* Current North Carolina license required
* BLS certification required
* References required
