Open Position: RN - ICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $5026.36

Opportunity:

RN - CCU (Coronary Care Unit)

Job Details:

* Rapid response assignment - 6 weeks, 48 hours per week
* No request time off or special scheduling permitted
* Work in a 26-bed Coronary Care Unit with a 1:2 patient ratio
* Day shift and night shift positions available
* Work alongside 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Tech per shift
* Perform procedures including heart catheterizations, balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia management, cardioversion, central lines, and medication drips
* Operate equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT machines, and hypothermia equipment
* Use Meditech EMR system (prior experience preferred)
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital ICU experience required
* Neuro ICU experience required
* Prior experience traveling to large facility ICU units preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH - must be included in submission packet
* Ideal candidate is driven, organized, efficient, and maintains a positive attitude

This facility is a large medical center offering comprehensive cardiac and critical care services. The Coronary Care Unit is well-staffed and equipped with advanced technology including balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia management systems. The unit operates 24/7 with a structured team of registered nurses, charge nurses, and patient care technicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
