Medical Lab Scientist - Free Standing ER

Job Details:

* Position is for a Medical Lab Scientist (Med Tech) for Point of Care Testing in a Free Standing Emergency Department
* ASCP certification required (MLS, CLS, or MT Medical Technologist)
* Full license required - Associate's degree/license will not be accepted
* Perform Point of Care (POC) testing procedures
* Willing to perform clerical duties as assigned by Nursing and Lab Director in support of FSED operations
* Point of care knowledge preferred
* 2 positions available
* Contract length of up to 26 weeks available

The facility includes a dedicated Emergency Lab department supporting rapid diagnostic testing and point of care services.
