Opportunity:

AN - IMCU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating to other units is required
* Scrub color required: Navy Blue
* Care for adult patients ages 18 and older
* Work in a 64-bed unit with 15 designated Neuro beds
* Treat patients with common diagnoses including Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Respiratory, COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-operative conditions
* Operate specialty equipment including temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and Neptune Vapo
* Work with chronic vent patients who are unable to wean with respiratory therapy support available
* EMR experience required: EPIC
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IMCU/PCU required
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
* Active New York RN license required
