CT Technologist

Job Details:

* 4x9 hour shifts, mid shift from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM
* Thursday through Sunday schedule
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers welcome
* On-call required: 2 shifts per month if needed
* 40 orientation hours required
* Required certifications: ARRT CT and BLS
* Experience required with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations; neonates and infant experience preferred
* Outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and ICU experience required; NICU and PICU experience preferred
* PACS and contrast administration experience required; biopsy and IV start experience preferred
* EPIC EMR experience required
* Required skills include: abdomen CT with and/or without contrast, chest CT, head CT, pelvis CT, thoracic CT, vascular CTA, musculoskeletal trauma, cervical and lumbar imaging, emergency department imaging, adult acute care, pediatric acute care, and preparation and administration of contrast media
* Preferred skills include: biopsies, aspirations, brain perfusion, CT arthrography, colonography, myelography, Siemens equipment, peripheral IV starts, calcium scoring/cardiac CT, GE equipment, transplant studies, and Level I trauma experience
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Level I trauma experience preferred
* Travelers may be floated to other campus locations as needed
* No pre-approved time off permitted
* Active license must be in hand at time of submission
* No local candidates within a 50-mile radius; current driver's license required to verify address

This facility is a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and large cardiac center equipped to handle a wide range of complex and critical medical cases.
