Open Position: RN - Med Surg Tele Float Pool

Opportunity:

RN - Tele/Med Surg

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (3x12s)
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* No on-call requirements
* 13-week contract
* Must be able to float to other units within the Float Pool (Surge)
* Minimum 2+ years of Telemetry/Med Surg experience required
* Previous travel experience required
* Must have cardiac experience
* No block scheduling will be accommodated
* Patient ratio averages 1:7 (not guaranteed)
* EMR system: EPIC (required)
* Scrub color: Navy Blue; all attire must comply with dress code policy
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), NIH, and VA State License or Compact
* May request one holiday off; no more than two days for holiday RTO will be considered
* Candidates must be within a 50-mile radius

This facility is a 495-bed hospital designated as a Level II Trauma Center and has earned an "A" grade in Patient Safety for 9 consecutive years. The facility offers a wide range of services across multiple units, with at least 30 beds per unit.
