Opportunity:

Primary Care Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)

Job Details:

* 4x9.5-hour shift schedule, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Thursdays and weekends off)
* Monday shift hours: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
* Tuesday shift hours: 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
* Wednesday shift hours: 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM
* Friday shift hours: 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
* No on-call or weekend requirements
* Must be a certified Medical Assistant (MA-C); MA-R, MA-P, and MA-HT designations are not accepted
* Minimum 6 months of experience working as an MA-C in an adult/pediatric outpatient clinic setting preferred
* Experience in a cardiology setting preferred
* Reliable personal transportation required; public transportation is not acceptable
* May be required to float to Canyon Park Clinic or Woodinville Clinic as needed
* Scrubs provided by the facility
* EPIC charting system experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, CMA
* Patient age groups include adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Skills include administering medication, obtaining vital signs, rooming patients, venipuncture, obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG, immunizations, nebulizer treatments, urine dipstick/urinalysis, wound care, and more

Facility:

This outpatient clinic operates with a primary care focus, serving a diverse patient population ranging from infants to geriatric patients. The facility utilizes EPIC as its charting system and provides a collaborative care environment with interdisciplinary support. The clinic maintains multiple locations in the area, allowing for potential floating opportunities between nearby sister sites to support staffing needs.
