Job Details:

* Night shift position in the Emergency Room
* Option of 36 or 48 hours per week
* Every other weekend coverage required
* Self-scheduling
* Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, will consider less
* Previous travel experience preferred
* Scrub color: Navy
* EPIC documentation system required
* Patient ratio of 4 patients per nurse
* Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* 38-room/38-bed emergency department with a daily census of 135 visits
* Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, rapid response teams, social services, and interpretation services
* May be required to float to like units within scope of practice based on facility needs
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS (must be in hand at time of submission)
* Valid RN license required at time of submission
* Locals within 75 miles not accepted

This healthcare facility operates a high-volume emergency department with 38 beds and a daily census of approximately 135 visits. The facility is both STEMI and Stroke certified and provides comprehensive emergency care for patients of all ages. A wide range of interdisciplinary support services are available on-site, including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and radiology, ensuring a well-rounded and collaborative care environment.
