Job Details:

* 4x10 block schedule with Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off
* Provide therapy services to inpatients, outpatients, and contracted therapy services to local Skilled Nursing Facility
* Treat patients of all ages including pediatrics through geriatrics
* Dress code is business casual; scrubs of any color are also acceptable
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Active BLS certification issued by AHA (American Heart Association) required
* Must hold an unexpired license or certification for the state
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal for applicable specialty required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
