RN - Endoscopy
Job Details:
* Schedule consists of 2 shifts of 10 hours (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and 2 shifts of 8 hours (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) equaling a 36-hour work week
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Patient ratio of 1:2 with 3 rooms, 11 beds, and an average daily census of 20 patients
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* ERCP experience required; additional procedures include ERCP with Spy Glass, Bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures, Colonoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), and ION Procedure
* Skills required: Administering Conscious Sedation, Monitoring Conscious Sedation, Circulate, Scrub, and Inpatient experience
* Unit systems used: Pyxis and Epic; Epic charting experience preferred
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract; no time off permitted during orientation week
* Time off blackout dates include Spring Break (April 4th - April 12th)
* 2 to 3 weekends required per contract
* Call requirements include 1 weekday call per week and 1 weekend call per 6-week schedule
* Holiday work expectations apply based on the number of major holidays falling within the assignment period
* No floating required
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
* 40 orientation hours required
