Job Details:

* 4x10 night shift schedule
* Call and weekend coverage required as needed for department
* Float required between two hospital sites in CT and RI
* Must obtain both CT and RI state licenses; may begin working once first license is issued while second is pending
* Minimum 1.5 years of hospital experience required; 2 years preferred
* Experience with GE and Siemens equipment required
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Patient ratios: 2 patients per night and weekend shifts
* Serves patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Level I and Level II trauma experience preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, RI and CT licenses
* Required skills include: 3D rendering, abdomen with/without contrast, chest imaging, coronary CTA, CT arthrography, enterography, head imaging, musculoskeletal trauma, multiplanar reconstruction, pelvis imaging, preparation and administration of contrast media, soft tissue neck, vascular CTA, venipuncture, and starting peripheral IVs

* 1 reference required for submission

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility is a Level III trauma center with 252 total staffed beds. The facility operates as part of a large regional health system and includes a designated stroke center and trauma center. Interdisciplinary support services available on site include IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretarial support.
