Job Details:

* Work on a 12-bed medical-surgical unit with a patient ratio of 5-6:1
* 1 PCT available for unit support
* 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
* Floating policy within facility med-surg units
* Document using Meditech system
* Utilize general med-surg equipment
* Must be team-oriented and compassionate
* Navy scrubs required as dress code
* Patient experience requirements of 75% must be met
