Opportunity:

RN - Medical Surgical

Job Details:

* Work on a 30-bed Medical-Surgical unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
* 4 weekend shifts required per 28-day schedule with holiday rotation
* Floating policy follows rotation with other staff
* Document using Meditech electronic health record system
* Work with equipment including walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, and more
* Unit support includes Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, and Case Management
* Must have teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
* Medical-Surgical experience required, including respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses/diseases, telemetry, CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin drips
* Required certification: BLS
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
* Patient experience requirements include utilizing communication boards at a 72% rate
