Opportunity:

License Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) (Home Health)

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* No weekend or on-call requirements
* Must have 2+ years of Home Health Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant experience
* Previous Home Health experience required
* Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), valid Driver's License, and VA or Compact License
* Dress code: Black scrubs per Valley Health dress code policy
* No float requirements
