Job Details:
* 4x10 day shift schedule, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* On-call not required, but optional call shifts are available
* Experience in acute care, emergency department, and pediatrics required
* Must be able to perform X-ray procedures including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower extremities, and upper extremities
* CT skills required include abdomen without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, pelvis without and/or with contrast, coronary CTA, enterography study, vascular chest studies, musculoskeletal trauma, sinuses, soft tissue neck, thoracic, carotid, cervical, lumbar, intravenous pyelogram, and trauma head
* Must be proficient with PACS and preparation and/or administration of contrast media
* Patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submittal
* Required certifications: ARRT CT (preferred), ARRT R, BLS, and Washington State License
* Pending license accepted
* Locals within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract
Facility:
This facility is part of a larger health system with multiple locations in the region. The imaging department operates with a minimum of two technologists on shift at all times, ensuring collaborative patient care. The department serves a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to trauma patients, with night shift volume primarily driven by emergency department and inpatient floor cases.
