Job Details:

* Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
* May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
* Every other weekend schedule required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
* EMR system: EPIC - Epic experience required
* Minimum 2 years of previous experience required
* At least 1 completed travel contract required
* Illinois state license required; must apply for Iowa license at confirmation
* Required certifications: NRP, ACLS (AHA), Fetal Monitoring
* Required clinical experience: Pitocin, Mag, and insulin administration
* Preferred experience: triage, labor, C-section circulating and recovery
* Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
* Driver's license required
* Work history/resume required
* Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
* License verification required
* Copy of required certifications required
* 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
