* 4x10 shift schedule working 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
* PALS training will be provided upon arrival
* ACLS and BLS certifications must be in hand at time of submission
* Permanent Ohio license or Compact license required in hand at time of submission
* Pediatric experience required
* At least one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
* Smoke-free facility and campus
* Return staff must wait at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
