Job Details:

* 13-week assignment
* Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Weekend requirements to be discussed during interview
* Call requirements to be discussed during interview
* Floating required as needed per facility policy
* Minimum 2+ years of hospital/specialty experience required
* Perform vaginal deliveries and Caesarean sections
* Work with fetal monitoring equipment
* Document using Meditech/CPN systems (Meditech experience preferred)
* Unit consists of 16 LDRs, 5 Triage (OBED), and 7 Ante beds with a 1:2 patient ratio
* Unit clerk and ORT support available 24/7
* Required certifications: Intermediate and Advanced Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, NRP
* Active Texas RN license required (temporary license not accepted)
* Dress code: Navy scrub top and pants, navy or white scrub jacket
* Nails must be clean and healthy
* Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
