Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Neuro Trauma unit located on the 10th floor
* Patient ratio of 1:6 (estimated, never guaranteed)
* Night shift staffing includes 7 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs
* 36-bed unit with a total staff of 70
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital telemetry experience required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* NIH certification preferred
* Experience with Kangaroo Pumps required
* Proficiency with Meditech EMR system required
* Perform typical unit procedures including bubble studies and EEGs
* Must demonstrate a positive attitude, engagement, and flexibility

This facility is a large acute care hospital featuring a dedicated Neuro Trauma unit equipped with modern technology including Kangaroo Pumps and the Meditech EMR system. The unit operates with a structured staffing model across both day and night shifts to ensure comprehensive patient care.
