Job Details:
* Float between three clinic locations: Sangerville, Monson, and Greenville
* See approximately 18-20 patients per day
* Work in primary care, acute care, and specialty settings including integrated behavioral health, urology, OB, podiatry, and family practice
* Monson location is only open three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
* No weekend rotation required
* Extended hours (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) may be required on a rotating basis as needed
* Facility is closed on major holidays
* Must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients
* Must be able to administer vaccines and injections
* Phlebotomy skills preferred
* Must have reliable transportation to float between facilities
* Active driver's license required
* BLS certification required
* National certification required
* Charting system: Cerner
* Scrub color: Any solid color as long as professional
* Free parking available
* Orientation: 2-3 days dependent on skillset and comfort level
* Travel experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered on review
* Minimum 1 year of experience accepted

This outpatient healthcare organization operates multiple clinic locations providing a broad range of primary care, acute care, and specialty services to rural communities. The clinics offer integrated behavioral health, urology, podiatry, OB, and family practice services, supported by rooming and administrative medical assistants, a prescription refill team, and provider support. One location is situated on the same campus as an imaging and laboratory facility, enhancing the level of care available to patients.
