Opportunity:

Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment upon physician referral
* Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and restore physical function
* Utilize treatment modalities including exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, and sound
* Collaborate with family members and health team regarding patient abilities and goals
* Must have thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices
* Must possess a positive attitude with strong communication skills
* Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect required
* Basic computer skills required including locating and opening documents, completing forms, and sending email messages
* Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited institution required
* Must meet licensure requirements as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health
* Current valid Oregon driver's license required
* Current CPR certification required
