Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

* Evaluate, select, perform, and/or direct assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients upon physician referral
* Collaborate with family members and health team members regarding patient abilities and goals
* Apply current knowledge of occupational therapy as related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures, general medicine, surgical, and mental health concepts
* Utilize principles of team approach while recognizing the capabilities and limitations of other team members
* Demonstrate positive attitude and effective communication skills
* Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university required
* Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure required
* Must meet all requisites for licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health
* Current valid Oregon driver's license required
* Current CPR certification required
