LPN - Long Term Care

Job Details:

* Work night shifts from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
* 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Every other weekend (EOW) required
* Floating required within the same building
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* 40-bed unit with common patient diagnoses including MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care
* 1+ years of experience in a long-term care facility required
* Long-term care experience required
* EMR experience with PointClickCare required
* Active LPN New York license required
* Current BLS certification required
* Skills checklist matching specialty required
