Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule
* 5 years of experience preferred
* Travel experience required
* IR experience with single-plane Siemens suite required
* Must be able to independently run the department with minimal supervision
* Will support a department currently staffed with one newer technologist
* Work with patient age groups including adults and geriatrics
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R
* Required skills include but are not limited to: 3D imaging, angioplasty, catheter/drain exchange, central venous access, chest tube placement, cholecystostomy, dialysis graft interventions, embolization, fluoroscopy, IVC filter placement and removal, liver biopsy, nephrostomy, paracentesis, pelvic angiography, PICC line care and maintenance, stent placement, sterile technique, thoracentesis, upper and lower extremity angiography, ureteral stent placement, uterine arterial embolization, and vascular closure systems

Facility:

This facility operates a single-plane Siemens suite and has plans to expand its vascular and neuro capabilities by upgrading to a biplane suite along with a newer single-plane room in 2027. The organization is actively growing its interventional radiology department and is seeking an experienced professional to support and lead the department independently during this period of development and expansion.
