Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Work in a 38-bed emergency department with three main areas: Rapid, Main, and POD 3 (psych safe area)
* Day and night shifts available with 7 RNs per day/night shift and 5 mid-shift RNs
* Day shift: 7 days; Night shift: 7 nights
* Minimum requirement of 4 weekend shifts and 2 Fridays per 4-week schedule
* 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays required per schedule
* May be required to float to Brookside ED
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs required
* Work with equipment including ventilators, BiPAP, EKG, arterial lines, Belmont, and chest tubes
* EMR system: Meditech
* Perform procedures including port placement and chest tubes
* Must demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, and de-escalation skills
* CPI certification preferred
* Ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, a team player, maintains a positive attitude, and is coachable

The unit is equipped with advanced medical equipment to support high-acuity patients and is staffed around the clock to provide immediate care for a wide range of medical needs.
