Opportunity:

RN - Stroke & Brain

Job Details:

* Work on a 16-bed Stroke & Brain unit with a 4:1 patient ratio
* Schedule requires 3 shifts per week with 3-4 weekend shifts per month
* Float policy requires agency and contract staff to float to any area where demonstrated competency exists
* Navy blue dress code required
* Telemetry and stroke patient experience required
* Must have NIHSS certification and stroke experience
* Cardiac drips and basic dysrhythmia skills required
* Neurology experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Equipment used includes Welch Allyn VS Machines, Hoyer lift, Sarah Steady Lift, Telemetry, Bladder Scanner, and Doppler
* Documentation system: Meditech
* Tech support available on unit
