Opportunity:

RN - Stroke & Brain

Job Details:

* 48 hours guaranteed per week option available
* 3 shifts per week required
* 3 to 4 weekend shifts per month required
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Float to any area where demonstrated competency has been shown
* Work with equipment including Welch Allyn VS Machines, Hoyer lift, Sarah Steady lift, telemetry, bladder scanner, and Doppler
* Document using Meditech electronic documentation system
* Stroke and telemetry patient experience required
* Cardiac drips and neurology experience required
* Basic dysrhythmia interpretation skills required
* NIHSS certification required
* ACLS certification required
* BLS certification required
* Navy blue dress code required
* Technician support available on unit

This facility is home to a dedicated Stroke & Brain unit with 16 beds, providing specialized neurological and cardiac care to patients. The unit maintains high employee engagement and is equipped with modern technology to support patient care. The facility offers a collaborative environment with unit secretaries and technicians available to support the care team.
