Job Details:

* Day shift position with no weekends or holidays required
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts
* Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
* Post-acute care setting
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited curriculum required
* Active Minnesota Social Work license required to apply
* BLS Certification required
