Opportunity:

RN - Med/Surg

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Located on the 7 North-Spine unit (Floor 8 Tower, Main Building)
* Unit consists of 18-20 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 2-3 nurses, 1 LPN, and 1-3 PCTs
* Work with equipment including Hoyer lifts, air mattresses, wound vacuums, and PCA pumps
* EMR system used is Meditech
* Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients
* Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience required
* BLS certification required
* Burn care experience preferred
* Wound care and ostomy care experience preferred
* ACLS certification preferred
* Strong team player with a positive attitude required
